Please accept this letter as a request under the Environmental Information Regulations and the Freedom of Information Act.

I request the following information:
1. The number of all secondments from Ofgem to organisations outside Government in each of the past five years, and the names of those outside organisations.
2. The number of all secondments into Ofgem from organisations outside of Ofgem in each of the past five years, and the names of those organisations.

I further request copies of all written and electronic correspondence as well as minutes of meetings between Ofgem and the ‘big six' energy companies (Centrica, EDF Energy, E.ON UK, RWE npower, Scottish and Southern Energy, Scottish Power) on the issue of the Retail Market Review, particularly those documents and files relating to Ofgem's market liquidity proposals, from March 2011-September 2011. Please include copies of material which you hold in the form of paper and electronic records, including emails.
