On 5th July I had the honour of presenting the annual lecture of the Hansard Society and the Political Studies Association in London. 

The Hansard Society is a politically neutral research charity which seeks to encourage greater public involvement in politics.

The subject was the Coalition Government's austerity agenda and the environment.
