Members of Parliament from all political parties are participating, hoping to inspire young women from all walks of life.

I’m taking part in the initiative and am inviting female students from sixth forms in Brighton Pavilion to apply for this opportunity to experience political life and get an insight into a day in my constituency (the shadowing would take place from approximately 10am to 3pm but could be flexible if any pressing commitments at school). The successful applicant is also invited to write a piece about their experience for publication in local paper The Argus.

The deadline is 5pm on 20th February. The successful applicant will be notified on 24th February.
