It's been a really good Conference, although completely exhausting! A very upbeat mood, with all the signs that the Party will be fielding more candidates at this coming General Election than ever before - and a real energy and excitement over the possibility of electing the first Green MPs in the UK.
Very much enjoyed catching up with old friends and meeting new members, and finding out about their successes locally.
A real highlight was chairing a panel on equalities with Kate Pickett (co-author of 'The Spirit Level' - one of the best books I've read in years) and Indie columnist Johann Hari. The evidence that more unequal societies are more prone to crime, violence, stress and ill-health is overwhelming - and it's truly shocking that after 13 years of a Labour government, there is greater inequality in the UK now than when they first came to power.
There were lots of media interviews too. You can see a clip of my speech here.
Was disappointed that The Argus has decided to risk its reputation by publishing a very dodgy and misleading poll - you can read about why this poll is problematic here, and here. It's massively at odds with all other recent electoral data - and with the very warm reception we're getting on the doorstep. Many thanks to all the Green leafleters and canvassers who were out again yesterday!
