I took part in the British Heart Foundation's first ever 'Tweet-off' today - posting the photo above onto my Twitter feed to mark National Heart Month.
Heart disease is now the UK's single biggest killer, responsible for almost 80,000 deaths every year. That's an average of 220 deaths per day.
This month is really an opportunity to take stock of the scale of this problem and to think about what we can do to tackle it.
I hope that more people will be encouraged to join in on Twitter, or in schools, workplaces and communities, to highlight the importance of looking after our hearts and to help the BHF continue its life-saving work.
