Full establishment of Feed-in Tariff systems

I am very pleased at the announcement that the Government will implement "The full establishment of feed-in tariff systems in electricity" so that access to feed-in tariffs will no longer depend on when renewables were installed, thereby ending the current situation where early pioneers of renewables are penalised.

I should be grateful for more details of the changes that you propose, specifically, when the new policy will take effect and whether the scheme will now include all renewables for example, solar panels, hydro-power and other renewables currently excluded.
